HOW TO WIN THE GOLD AWARD:
ok. so u can win this award if u are a piczo member or not. plz e-mail me ur regrestrations.
1-must have ALOT of hits. min.17ooo hits/views.
2-must have a nice complete layout with no html mistakes, but a couple of html mistakes is fine.^^ made by u.
3-must be well known on the web or many websites and freinds.
4-must have alot of content/pages.
5-site must be well organized.
6-must have nice graphix.
7-nice webmaster and staff.
8-often updated.
9-site must be a bit old [does't have to be to old] if u just moved hosts or changed site name but ur site is a bit old it is still ecepted.
10-your site must be related to pokemon or anime or japanease/chinease actors/singers/bands/ect. or a graphic resource site. NOTE it does NOT have to be ALL it can be just a graphic recourse site,ect. it does not have to be all of those topics i have just listed!!! so if ur site is just an anime/pokemon/ect. site that is fine.

4-must have a desent amount of content/pages. min.20 to 30.
5-site must be desently organized.
6-must have decent graphix.
7-nice webmaster and staff.
8-updated as much as staff and/or webmaster can [there is no min. its just u update it when u have time and not cause u are lazy.]
9-site must be a bit old. min. 3 to 5 mounths old.
